Cozette Bidault

Cozette was born and raised in the French Alps, with a few years spent in the United States.

Always drawn to teaching, she began sharing knowledge naturally, even teaching English to her classmates during school recess. She later graduated with a Master’s degree in International Communication and Project Management.

Always physically active, Cozette nonetheless found herself, at the age of 23, dealing with chronic knee fatigue and back pain.

This moment became a turning point, leading her to her first yoga class, a path that would profoundly transform not only her body, but her way of living. As her posture changed, so did her relationship to life.

Through movement, precision, and awareness, she gradually shifted from simply watching life go by to fully waking up and embodying it.

With over 1,000 hours of training from teachers around the world, and a deep commitment to continued study, Cozette’s teaching blends technical precision, clear pedagogy, and embodied philosophy.

She is known for her structured and accessible approach, helping students understand not only how to practice, but why.

She believes yoga is not about escaping life, but about learning how to meet it, with strength, clarity, and presence.

She sees yoga as a maieutic path: a practice that helps individuals uncover what is already present, rather than adding something new.

Cozette simply loves life, and she loves sharing it.
