Kalliovi Giannakopoulou
Assistant Teacher, Aegialis School of Yoga
Kaliovi Giannakopoulou supports the Lead Teacher at the Aegialis School of Yoga, contributing to the physical preparation and recovery elements of the training through a yogic lens. Her sessions focus on mindful movement, functional asana support, mobility, and embodied awareness, helping students cultivate stability, ease, and sustainability within both practice and teaching.
A 500-hour certified yoga teacher and graduate of the University of Thessaloniki in Physical Science, Kaliovi brings a grounded understanding of anatomy and movement into the yoga space. With over 15 years of experience as Spa Manager at Aegialis Hotel & Spa, she integrates long-standing practical knowledge of body care and recovery into a yoga-based framework that supports longevity, resilience, and conscious self-care.
